 k and practical partner exercises\, you'll gain more clarity\, freedom\, c
 onfidence\, and flow on the dance floor. Each day consists of two compleme
 ntary parts that build upon each other\, but can also be booked separately

 dy and mind for the topic of the day. Through a carefully designed set of 
 exercises\, you'll improve balance\, coordination\, mobility\, and body aw
 areness while exploring the fundamental movements needed for the evening's
