And to gain more depth and freedom if you already dance.Join to explore and train the essentials of Tango Argentino from a mindful\, embodied approach. Focusing not only on what to do\, but on how and why we move the way we do in this dance.The Tango Basics lessons are ideal for you if:You’re a complete beginner in Tango Argentino.You’re returning to tango and want to rebuild the foundations of your dance.You’re looking for a thoughtful\, body-aware approach to Tango Argentino within a friendly community.You appreciate a safe space for questions\, mistakes\, and exploration.You’ll learn:Fundamental posture and body organizationTango walking\, connection\, and navigation on the dance floorHow to move with another person comfortably and clearlyThe foundations needed to start social dancing\, and building confidence in your movementNo previous experience required\, just curiosity to work with essential principles that allow you to understand the Tango Argentino language sooner\, and adapt easier to real social dance situations.If you already have experience\, revisiting the basics helps you to:Focus on elements you might have overlooked when learning everything for the first timeRefine technique and efficiency of your movementsClarify concepts you may already “know” but not fully embody yetExpand improvisation\, musicality\, and partner dialogueYou can join with or without a dance partner\, and learn the role(s) of your choice.Jessica encourages learning both.These classes take place every Sunday (except during our Tango Immersion Weekends)After each class there's a Focused Práctica Training Space for all levels.Tango Basics 19:00-20:00Focused Práctica 20:00-22:00April 12.\, 26.May 3.\, 10.\, 24.June 7.\, 14.\, 28.July 5.\, 12.\, 26.Drop-in welcome.
