DESCRIPTION:We prioritize the joy of connection and communication between t
 he dance partners and a comfortable embrace (over choreography and fixed d
 ance steps). Becoming aware\, connecting to and moving through intention a
 nd intuition— we practice "tango milonguero" with and without physical 
 touch. We develop awareness and emotional sensitivity to music and learn t
 o adapt our dance to various (mostly traditional) tango orquestras throu
 gh simple exercises and scores. We deepen our understanding of both roles 
 and learn to dance with persons with and without disabilities.  Particip
 ation with or without a partner and openness to dancing both roles is reco
 mmended!Open to all levels. Dance as you are. In English and German. Plea

 ️🇵🇸🇺🇦Krõõt Juurak (1981 Tallinn\, Estonia) is a dancer\, c
 horeographer and stand-up comedian. They trained at the European Dance Dev
 elopment Centre\, Arnhem - in contemporary dance\, ballet\, Alexander tech
 nique\, contact improvisation\, BMC ie. and have been teaching and practic
 ing dance for over 20 years. They started dancing tango in 2005 and teachi
 ng "Tango without steps " since 2023. They have held tango workshops (with
  Vera Rosner) and "Queer Tango for Inclusion" with Lucia Rosenfeld as part
  of the Impulstanz Festival. Besides the weekly class at WUK\, together wi
 th Vera Rosner and Thomas Richter they continuously introduce argentine ta
 ngo to students in public schools in Vienna and Burgenland as part of the
