The CALLE LIBRE Festival has been bringing COLOR and ART to the streets of Vienna since 2014. Every year, an artist designs a dull building façade and brings art into everyday life in Vienna. And this is celebrated. This year's program includes tango. That's why everyone is cordially invited to both the beginners' workshop and the subsequent milonga.
What connects CALLE LIBRE and TANGO EN LA CALLE is the joy of diversity and a social space of respect, the joy of art and interpersonal exchange.
This may be the only TANGO EN LA CALLE milonga this year, so please come in large numbers - we want to bring the dance to the streets. The public space is also there for pleasure and must be culturally revitalized.
CALLE LIBRE will provide the dance floor ... and there will also be a bar for drinks.
