Yoga for Argentine tango dancers is designed to deepen your body awareness, improve balance, flexibility, and connection.

Through mindful movement and breath, you'll develop better posture, stability, and fluidity - essential for both leading and following.

This practice helps you feel more present, relaxed, and free in your dance, so you can move with ease, confidence, and true expression πŸͺ·πŸ§˜β€β™€οΈ

Classes are 1 hour long and take place every Thursday at 7:00 PM.

Biography

I'm originally from Ukraine, and my journey into both yoga and tango began in Kyiv - step by step, discovering how deeply they connect.

Back in 2014, a friend invited me to a yoga class - and something just clicked. I fell in love, and what started as curiosity slowly became my path. Years later, after training in Kyiv, I began teaching.

Then, in 2018, Argentine tango found me. It brought a new depth - the joy of improvisation, of being fully present, of truly feeling my body.

Somewhere along the way, I realized that yoga and tango speak the same language: presence, authenticity, connection.

That's how my dream was born - to create yoga for dancers.

And somehow, life brought me to Vienna, where I now share this practice in German and English.

Credentials

By education, I’m a special education teacher and psychologist. I completed my yoga teacher training in Kyiv, Ukraine β€” and that’s how my hobby turned into my profession. As for tango… it’s a passion for life πŸ’«
