Sergiy Podbolotnyy has been dancing tango since 2006. In 2010 he moved to Shanghai, where over eight years he built TangoGo into one of the largest tango schools in China and co-founded the Shanghai International Tango Marathon. In 2015 he won the Tango Salon Championship in China. He has taught and danced in Australia, China, Korea, Singapore and across Europe. In his teaching he puts body technique first: a good connection between partners, he argues, cannot be built without solid individual technique.
