Vienna is getting a new tango marathon in March!
Three days, five DJs, 200 places: in March 2027 Tango Pop Up hosts the OSVALDO Tango Marathon in a historic ballroom in Vienna. Registration opens on 1 October 2026.
While we are already counting the days to the Vienna Calling Tango Marathon in November, there is now a second marathon to look forward to in March – a stunning venue, an international crowd, tango bliss on the spot.
From 12 to 14 March 2027 the dancing happens at Casino Baumgarten: some 300 square metres of wooden floor, plus a terrace and a winter garden. The programme lists 33 hours of dancing across the weekend.
The music is in the hands of Claudio Coppola, Jun Yi, Asya Moiseeva, Vera Dragicevic and Magdalena Maria.
Attendance is capped at 200, and registration opens on 1 October 2026. If you want to be sure of a place, do not miss the start.
